Brad Hribar serves as Project Manager at Centaur. His projects include retail stores, mixed use boutique buildings, and high end custom single family homes. His responsibilities include Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Contract Administration and Quality Assurance. Brad establishes and implements safety policies and procedures and coordinates daily field activities while adhering to the project schedule. He interfaces weekly with architects, city inspectors and third party engineers to ensure quality construction and code compliance. He maintains a working knowledge of modern construction techniques and up-to-date communication trends, allowing for continued growth and success of Centaur. Brad is hands-on in the preparation of budgets, schedules, resource management, material procurement, and fiscal accountability for the various projects; from pre-construction through completion.

Brad Hribar began his career in 1998 as a Site Superintendent working on multiple custom Homes in the exclusive University Park Neighborhood outside SMU in Dallas, Texas. Moving to Chicago in 2005 Brad Hribar took his skills to an award winning local Developer and began building vertical in the trendy neighborhoods of Wicker Park / Bucktown areas. With over 15 years of experience in construction management and specialization in mixed-use, commercial and high end residential construction, Brad is a valued member of the Centaur Team. In his spare time, Brad enjoys motocross, road racing, scuba diving, snowboarding, golfing and traveling.
